"Anchor Rock completed a difficult and comprehensive remodeling project at our lake house. Our house includes five prior additions with portions of the house 80-plus years old. This was a major remodel, and I am very pleased with their work, project management and work force.
Anchor Rock helped us develop a comprehensive plan to address many inefficiencies of our old layout with tired decor.
The scope included: complete remodeling of the first floor layout to provide an open concept after wall removal; fireplace demolition; exterior concrete porch demolition and replacement; interior wall reconfiguration; exterior door and window closures and replacement; complete upgrade of HVAC systems to provide new equipment and better zones throughout the house; removal and replacement of all galvanized plumbing pipes; demolition of first floor flooring, leveling floors across four additions, LVT flooring continuously across six rooms; all new custom made cabinetry, trim, doors, lighting, countertop, and appliances on first floor; widening doorways to improve ADA compliance; installation of Murphy bed; whole house installation of smoke detectors; and interior design consultation and assistance with finishes selections."
